I discovered Vipassana meditation in 2003 and have been practicing since then. I have been fortunate to have had a number of inspiring teachers along the way. A growing desire to share these teachings led me, in 2011, to start a weekly sitting group that I have been facilitating in Brussels. I also give an “Introduction to Meditation” workshop every few months.

With my Yoga&Sound partner Henri, who is also a Vipassana meditator, we organise a day retreat every few months called “Harmony Sunday”. This day of silence includes yoga, sound relaxation and guided meditations. You can find our more here.

In 2012 I initiated a 5-week course called “A Wholehearted Life: Finding Freedom through Yoga and Meditation”. Meeting once a week for 2 hours and practicing daily, we explore our experience of life. This course takes place every few months and the next one is planned for June 2015.

For the last three years I have invited meditation teacher and founder of Sangha Seva, Zohar Lavie, to come to Brussels to give a weekend retreat at the end of August. Dates for 2015 to be confirmed.
