With all the things we have to juggle in daily life coupled with a fast-paced world in which there’s constant stimulation and demands upon our attention, it’s no wonder that we can often feel like we’re running on empty.
There can be a number of signals that show us that we’re low on internal resources. As well as health issues arising from stress we may experience feelings of:
- overwhelm, it’s all too much
- always in a hurry, never enough time
- tiredness, exhaustion, low energy
- agitation, easily annoyed, impatience, resentment
- confusion, loss of clarity
- difficulty switching off
- disempowerment, not seeing a way out
- etc.
Whether we feel our cup is empty, or getting there, we all need time for renewal. It is so beneficial to take some time out from the duties and roles to be nourished and replenished. We can then go back to our everyday lives with more serenity, energy and capacity, more empowered and with more agency to engage in life rather than feel pushed around by it.
During this Sunday morning session, Susie will offer teachings and practices, movements and meditation, to support this replenishment.
