In 2012 Susie created a 5-week course called “A Wholehearted Life: Finding Freedom through Yoga and Meditation”. Meeting once a week for 2 hours and practicing daily, we explore our experience of life. This course is offered annually.

For over 10 years now we have invited meditation teachers and founders of Sangha Seva, Zohar Lavie and Nathan Glyde, to come to Brussels to give a weekend retreat. During the pandemic they offered us live online sessions. We are most grateful to them.

Susie discovered Vipassana meditation in 2003 and has been practicing since then. She has attended yearly retreats since then and has been fortunate to have had a number of inspiring teachers along the way. A growing desire to share these teachings led her, in 2011, to start a weekly sitting group that she has been facilitating in Brussels. In 2012 she created a 5-week meditation course entitled “A Wholehearted Life”, and since then several hundred people have attended this course. In 2019/20 Susie deepened her understanding of Mindfulness with teachers Martin Aylward and Mark Coleman at the Mindfulness Training Institute and in 2022 she has trained with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield at CloudSangha to be a certified Mindful Mentor.
