I discovered Vipassana meditation in 2003 and have been practicing since then. Spending more than 17 weeks on retreats I have been fortunate to have had a number of inspiring teachers along the way. A growing desire to share these teachings led me, in 2011, to start a weekly sitting group that I have been facilitating in Brussels. I also give an “Introduction to Meditation” workshop every few months.

With my Yoga&Sound partner Henri, who is also a Vipassana meditator, we organise a day retreat every few months called “Harmony Sunday”. This day of silence includes yoga, sound relaxation and guided meditations.

In 2012 I initiated a 5-week course called “A Wholehearted Life: Finding Freedom through Yoga and Meditation”. Meeting once a week for 2 hours and practicing daily, we explore our experience of life. This course is offered 2 or 3 times a year.

For the last 8 years I have invited meditation teacher and founder of Sangha Seva, Zohar Lavie, to come to Brussels to give a weekend retreat at the end of the summer. Dates for 2019 to be confirmed.
