In person at the Studio, online via Zoom and/or receive the recording of the session
During the session we will be exploring this quality and capacity of taking care, of ourselves and of others. Connecting to and cultivating the compassionate heart we can attend to our needs & hurts with understanding, warmth and kindness. How does this attitude and attunement effect our practice and way of relating to our experience in body, mind and heart?
There will be reflection, movement and meditation.
All donations will go to the Red Cross Türkiye/Syria Appeal responding to the humanitarian crisis following the devastating earthquakes.
We are joining the fundraising initiative of Artists Together who are organising an art exhibition and auction that will take place in Brussels at Art Base (29 Rue des Sables, 1000 Brussels). The opening exhibition takes place on Tuesday 21 March, from 18h30 to 20h30 and the final bids of the auction will take place on Sunday 2 April, from 11h00 to 16h00.
