A Spacious and Sensitive Heart

Developing the art of balancing self-care with care for the world.

This has been a challenging time for the human species. We are fortunate that we naturally feel touched by the condition of the world: compassion is a natural state of the heart. But we can become over whelmed by our wish to help or heal.

Dharma teachings and practices support a sense of inner balance as we open to the world. May this session support us to be with what is here and now in our shared experience without losing our connection with our heart and mind.

Please register by completing this form, and a link to join the session will be sent to you.

Zohar is offering this session on a donation basis. Details on how to give Dana can be found her webpage here.

Zohar has been practicing meditation in different traditions since 1995. This journey has taken her from the meditation cushion into exploring further ways of expressing truth and love and in 2004 she co-founded SanghaSeva. She now spends most of her time facilitating retreats that offer service as a spiritual path around the world. Since 2006 she has been teaching on silent retreats and Dharma gatherings in India, Europe and Israel. Zohar’s teaching schedule can be found at DependentOrigination.org
