Meditating and practicing in challenging times
We live in challenging times. Around us are polarised voices, a climate emergency, conflicts and much unease.
Is it possible to cultivate peace, compassion and love amidst all this?
During this half day of practice we will explore how the practice can be a support to us in responding to the urgency of these times. What role can Dharma practice play in our lives, to bring resource and sanity to our own hearts, and to the world we share.
Our time together will include guided and silent meditation, mindful movement, a talk and time for questions.
All levels of experience are welcome
Zohar is offering this session on a donation basis. Details on how to give Dana can be found on her webpage here.
Zohar has been practicing meditation in different traditions since 1995. This journey has taken her from the meditation cushion into exploring further ways of expressing truth and love and in 2004 she co-founded SanghaSeva. She now spends most of her time facilitating retreats that offer service as a spiritual path around the world. Since 2006 she has been teaching on silent retreats and Dharma gatherings in India, Europe and Israel. Zohar’s teaching schedule can be found at DependentOrigination.org
